Herbst-Musciano
succeeded in transforming a vacant three-building, three-story corporate
headquarters into a thriving multi-tenant business campus. The project
required re-working floor plans and exits, creating a common point
of entry and access and completing over 100,000 square feet of interior
fit-up for the new tenants.
A highlight
of the project included the design of an 80,000 cubic foot, three-story
steel and glass atrium. The atrium serves as the focal point of
the campus and provides visitors and workers with a common point
of entry and vertical access to all three buildings.
This project
received the New Good Neighbor Award from the NJ Business
& Industry Association.
