Herbst has more than 35 years of experience designing and/or managing
a wide variety of projects. Ed has been responsible for such diverse
projects as an award-winning corporate campus, a 135,000 sf retail
showroom with offices and a distribution center, several school additions,
a multi-family cluster housing development, and many residential additions
and renovations. |
| Mr.
Herbst’s telecommunication experience includes the design and
contract administration of a terminal landing station for a $1.5 billion
transatlantic fiber optic cable link. Ed also designed the subsequent
expansion to this facility as well as fiber optic terminal and repeater
facilities. Other telecom work includes alterations to more than 250,000
sf of office and/or equipment space and the development of the one
million sf state-of-the-art Garden State Technology Center. |
